what are natural numbers in math? - Mathscolor

Welcome to the mathscolor, and today we will cover natural numbers in math. For our reader's, especially for kids we have started mathscolor, and we want to show the color in very precise but easy to remember way.

Natural Number – Definition

Natural numbers in math are non-negative, whole number. We can use natural numbers to organize things or for counting purpose.

Example – Natural numbers
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7…. These are the examples of the natural numbers.

Example - non-natural number
-1, -2, -3, -4,… Negative numbers are not a natural number.
3/2, 4/5, 5/7… is also a non-natural number.
